Elle ne demande aucun mat\u00e9riel en particulier et peut se pratiquer en cours mais \u00e9galement en priv\u00e9 : seul, en famille, entre amis&#8230; ; bref, la grande libert\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Alors, pour tout vous dire, la premi\u00e8re fois, \u00e7a fait un peu bizarre et peut m\u00eame engendrer de vrais \u00e9clats de rire, mais&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230; quel kiffe! quelle gaiet\u00e9! quelle d\u00e9tente! quel bien-\u00eatre!
