C&rsquo;est aussi une science de la respiration fond\u00e9e sur la connaissance et la ma\u00eetrise du souffle qui associe mouvements lents, exercices respiratoires et concentration<sup><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Qi_gong#cite_note-Larousse-1\">1<\/a><\/sup>. Le terme signifie litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9alisation ou accomplissement (<em>gong<\/em>) par le <em><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Qi_(spiritualit%C3%A9)\">qi<\/a> <\/em>\u00bb, ou \u00ab&nbsp;ma\u00eetrise du souffle&nbsp;\u00bb.  Le qi est quant \u00e0 lui une notion fondamentale en m\u00e9decine chinoise traduite par le souffle ou l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie vitale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le qi gong remonte \u00e0 l&rsquo;Antiquit\u00e9 et aurait pu d\u00e9marrer en Inde pour arriver en Chine o\u00f9 il se d\u00e9veloppe via 3 courants religieux : le bouddhisme, le tao\u00efsme et le confucianisme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Avant m\u00eame la m\u00e9ditation qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 la\u00efcis\u00e9e sous la forme de la pleine conscience, le qi gong a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis \u00e0 la sauce la\u00efque par le Parti Communiste chinois qui l&rsquo;a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, puis interdit, puis \u00e0 nouveau d\u00e9velopp\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Pour
