Le yoga est bas\u00e9 sur les <a href=\"https:\/\/sante-medecine.journaldesfemmes.fr\/faq\/41553-posture-definition\">postures<\/a> et la respiration consciente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Le yoga est une philosophie de vie qui permet de devenir zen en \u00e9tablissant une harmonie entre son corps et son esprit.
